Founded by four former college tennis players who fell in love with pickleball, Oya aims to bridge the gap between tennis and pickleball by creating innovative paddles that enhance tennis players' strengths. Their paddles feature increased head speed, longer handles for two-handed backhands, and faster spin rates. Inspired by bold and aggressive play styles, Oya paddles stand out with distinctive shapes, expressive color schemes, and quality craftsmanship that can be felt in every shot.

What began as a hobby for Chris Dickert and John Petty quickly evolved into a passion for pickleball, leading them to develop their first paddle and forge connections across the US and internationally. Committed to growing the sport's future, they plan to introduce Junior paddles for children aged 4-10 and emphasize the importance of mental health through their blog, "The Reset." By advocating for mental health awareness and supporting the pickleball community, they aim to give back to the sport that has become an essential outlet for coping with life's challenges.
